About the Event

We are proud to present the first cycling event in southern Japan - in Miyazaki! Come ride with us along the Nichinan Coast where you can climb mountains that are deeply rooted in Japanese mythology while also tasting local delicacies at the food aid stations below. Experience a new way to learn about Miyazaki this spring!
① Phoenix Roadside Station Hyuganatsu (citrus fruit)
② Udo-jingū Road Parking Lot Fish Udon & Miyazaki Chicken WIngs (Chicken Hero)
③ Sakatani Roadside Station Kusa Dango (Mugwort Mochi) & Dekopon (Mandarin Orange)
④ Obi Castle Miyazaki Fish Cake, Rice Balls, and Tonjiru (pork miso soup)
⑤ Denya Roadside Station Sweet red bean soup & pickled vegetables
⑥ Sun Marine Stadium (Goal) Charcoal BBQ chicken


We will also have 3 beautiful rides available on Saturday before the festival! Choose between 3 of the following courses!
① Aoshima Fruits Stroll - A 30km ride that takes you to papaya and strawberry plantations, a Uiro (traditional Japanese mochi) factory tour, and ending with tea at a botanical garden.
② Awakigahara Forest Bathing Stroll 30km - A 30km ride that visits Miyazaki's tomato and eel farms, Misogi-ike (popular power spot), English garden, and Miyazaki Seaside Park (Sun Beach).
③ Aya Eco Park Stroll - A 60km ride that takes you around Aya's various farms. Visit Honomo Center for local organic products, Craft Castle, Hayakawa Farm (known for vegetable juice), and Waku Waku Farm.
